This beachfront resort is graded as 4 star, located on the northwest corner of the island and nestled within 224 acres of tropical gardens amidst swaying palms and is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course. There are 133 rooms in total, so quite a large Resort.

Since the Sheraton took over the property there have been renovations and there are now two different room grades. The property now outsource a lot of their wedding contracts, so there is a little more work in organising a wedding here now.

The resort has 2 restaurants – the South Pacific Restaurant and the traditional Apolima Fale restaurant. In addition to the restaurants there are 2 x cocktail bars also offering snacks, large outdoor pool, beauty spa, fitness centre, tennis courts, water activities, complimentary children’s club, tour desk, gift shop and casino adjacent to the Resort. There is an international 18 hole golf course adjacent to the resort which has just recently re-opened together with the new club house.

Wedding Ceremony

There are a number of venue’s to choose from including Lagoon Bay (max 120 guests), Coral chapel (max 100 guests),

tropical gardens (no maximum), palm pier (max 80-12 guests depending on set-up) or Le Penina Club House.

Wedding Reception

Plenty of options here also – Apolima Fale (max 80-150 guests depending on set-up) for a traditional Samoan experience, Le Penina Club House (max 80-150 guests depending on set-up) with views over Golf Course and lake, South Pacific Restaurant (max 120-200 guests depending on set-up) with views of the stunning Pacific or outdoors covered space of the South Pacific courtyard (max 64-120 guests depending on set-up), Tropical gardens (max 300 guests) or Lagoon Bay (max 120 guests). There are a couple of basic packages to choose from to tailor to suit, and a couple of all-inclusive package options decorated ceremony location,

4 nights accommodation for the bride and groom and wedding reception for 30 guests including a buffet feast and 3 hour beverage package and much more. If you opt for the Classic package of course you can add some extra additional touches as required.

I have my own photos of the resort (prior to the rebranding to the Sheraton and renovations), exterior and interior of the rooms, wedding set ups and venues, the restaurants etc. I can provide copies of my photos to my clients once a deposit has been received and you have decided to proceed.
